Proof Camera App is a client-side Android utility designed to generate cryptographic hashes (SHA-256), location stamps, and local time logs for media captured on your device. The Application operates on a local-first model without cloud telemetry transmission.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Application in full compliance with local laws and Google Play policies. You must not use the Application to:

Harass, stalk, or violate the privacy rights of others.
Falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent cryptographic packages or timestamps.
Conduct unauthorized surveillance or illegal activities.

4. Legal Disclaimer & Evidentiary Status

Proof Camera App provides technical self-verification tools. We make no guarantees regarding the admissibility of exported evidence packages in formal legal proceedings, arbitration, or commercial disputes. Admissibility is subject to judicial discretion and local jurisdictional standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Proof Camera App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local data loss, corrupted storage files, or unresolved claims arising from the use of the Application.
